Maintenance
In order to enhance the life expectancy of your air conditioning system, Coolserv can provide you with a planned preventative maintenance contract. A maintenance contract would maximise the system’s performance by ensuring energy efficiency and would additionally validate the manufacturer’s warranty. As standard our contracts offer a fixed number of annual visits (ranging from 1 to 4 depending upon the system type) which include a detailed inspection and clean of the system. Following each planned visit, our clients are provided with a written report outlining the work undertaken. As part of the contract, clients are entitled to priority service calls with 24 hour breakdown assistance.
